We formed this company and developed our products to provide joint warfighters “Decision Dominance” over malevolent actors around the globe to protect our Service Members, citizens, and communities from harm. Our tier one technologists, coupled with highly competent joint warfighters design systems to create synergy between the intelligence community and joint forces in the physical domain.

Every member of the team has over three decades of government agency or military experience and possesses an unparalleled understanding of the current and future defense, national and homeland security challenges we face in the Cyber Domain.

Everett Keith Couch
Chief Executive Officer

Keith retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2020, having served over 26 years on active duty. His last assignment was as Senior Marine Corps Advisor, representing the Commandant of the Marine Corps, to the Atlantic Council of the United States. An accomplished Executive; Keith has commanded Marines at all levels and most recently, served as the Chief Executive of one the most diverse and distributed organizations in the US Marine Corps, with over $300 million in assets, 2200 Marines and 200 civilians, and distributed to over 130 locations around the globe. Following his retirement and prior to SST, Keith served as Chief Government Operations Officer for Experfy, a Harvard Incubated, AI powered Talent Cloud/Talent Management Platform. Through his high-level military contacts, Keith holds close industry ties at the board-level to Rolls Royce, Microsoft, and DIB. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Boston University, and the National Security Fellowship program at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Adam Wood
Chief Operating Officer

Adam Wood is a Navy veteran and an expert in international infrastructure, trade, sustainability, and governmental relations. Amassing 15 years of unique time and place experience in India, Kazakhstan, Dubai, Egypt, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, UK, and Canada, Adam has managed projects for, or on behalf of, the U.S. government, as well as private and public entities worth over $1B USD. His past work has provided invaluable guidance through novel aerospace engineering concepts and multivariate economic research and analysis on matters concerning governmental matters, including but not limited to federal budgets and governing fiscal and legal policies as well as international economic law and corresponding standards within the intelligence, defense, climate, and healthcare sectors.

Eden Levinson
Chief Technology Officer

Eden Levinson is the chief technology officer for Special Support Technologies. He is a recognized subject matter expert in all aspects of cyberwarfare and full spectrum intelligence operations. Eden brings years of hands-on experience in offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, information operations, kinetic and non-kinetic operations, all-source collection and analysis.

Brandon McCartney
Director of Technical Solutions

Brandon is a US Army veteran with over 20 years in the cyber, telecommunications, and information industry. Brandon's operational experience includes creating tailored technical solutions in both austere and urban environments. He brings his technical integration experience to leverage SST's platforms to successfully answer customers' requirements.

Master Gunnery Sergeant (MGySgt) (Ret) Scott H. Stalker
Chairman

Scott has joined the team having most recently served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) of the United States Space Command (SPACECOM). Prior to that assignment, Scott served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) of the United States Cyber Command (CYBERCOM), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the Central Security Service (CSS) in Fort Meade, Maryland.

Additional garrison assignments include Joint Intelligence Center Pacific, Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, Marine Corps Cyberspace Command, the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff J2, as well as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the first Marine to hold that position. Scott is the first individual to have held both positions within their career as both the DIA and NSA CSEL.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in intelligence analysis from American Military University and completed a leadership certificate at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He also completed his Master of Science in Cyber Security in 2020 and has received a letter of commendation from the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Jonathan Rice
Advisory Board

As a member of the Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) Jonathan Rice concluded a 33-year national security career holding positions of high public trust within the CIA's Directorate of Operations. At Headquarters, Jon served in senior leadership roles as Mission Center Chief of Operations and Deputy Chief of Operations, as well as leadership roles facing the private sector and Intelligence Community operational partners. Abroad, he has served as a Chief of Station on multiple occasions to include with a Five Eye partner nation, and has broad applied expertise across the Western Hemisphere, Middle East, Europe and Africa. Jon has a strong track record of leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams through highly ambiguous challenges; leading and overseeing large-scale, dispersed operating elements; and successfully advancing strategic goals, managing risk, and executing large budgets in support of strategic programs.

Mark Mitchell
Advisory Board

Mark Mitchell is a highly decorated U.S. Army combat veteran in the Special Operations community with extensive experience in the Middle East and South Asia. He brings 28 years of national level defense and counterterrorism policy experience to the Policy team. His last position was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict where he provided civilian supervision over all special operations and low-intensity conflict activities across the globe.

Major General (Ret) Todd McCaffrey
Advisory Board

Todd McCaffrey is a retired US Army general officer with over a decade of worldwide senior executive leadership experience managing cross functional teams. Team builder and visionary executive with proven success leading, synchronizing, and training diverse teams from large geographically distributed organizations. Strong business acumen and skilled in policy development, strategic planning, and analysis across a range of government agencies. A proven leader with regional experience supporting security cooperation efforts in Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
