Everett Keith Couch
Chief Executive Officer
Keith has joined the team having recently served as the Chief Government Operations Officer of Experfy. He retired from United States Marine Corps in 2020, having served over 26 years on active duty. Keith is an accomplished Executive; having served as the Chief Executive of one the most diverse and distributed organizations in the US Marine Corps, with over $300 million in assets, 2200 Marines and 200 civilians, and distributed to over 130 locations around the globe.
Keith received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a MS in Management from Boston University, and is a graduate of the National Security Fellowship program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
Ron Minty

Ron Minty is a former infantry battalion commander with over 24 years experience leading combat formations. He is adept at the fusion of operations, intelligence, people, processes and technology to achieve superlative results. Ron has extensive experience in the Middle East and Indo-Pacific region. Ron builds highly effective teams to accomplish difficult missions and integrates customer requirements with innovative, creative solutions that exceed expectations.

Miguel Filpo is a retired army Sergeant Major with proven senior executive experience Within both conventional and SOF organizations with over 26 years experience. Skilled in Counterterrorism, Military Aviation, Weapons Handling, Combat, and Operational Planning. Vast experience leading cross functional teams in anticipating and directing required changes toward comprehensive organizational solutions.
Eden Levinson
Chief Technology Officer
Eden Levinson is the chief technology officer for Special Support Technologies. He is a recognized subject matter expert in all aspects of cyberwarfare and full spectrum intelligence operations. Eden brings years of hands-on experience in offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, information operations, kinetic and non-kinetic operations, all-source collection and analysis.
Brandon McCartney
Director of Technical Solutions
Brandon is a US Army veteran with over 20 years in the cyber, telecommunications, and information industry. Brandon's operational experience includes creating tailored technical solutions in both austere and urban environments. He brings his technical integration experience to leverage SST's platforms to successfully answer customers' requirements.

Sarah is a retired US Marine with over 25 years of experience supporting military and government programs. She brings a wealth of expertise from both the government and commercial industry sectors. Sarah brings her passion of bridging leading edge capabilities with operational demands in order to better equip our warfighters. Lieutenant General (Ret) Ken Tovo

LTG Ken Tovo culminated his 35-year military career in 2018, serving as the commander of the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). He was responsible for manning, training, equipping, and providing strategic direction to all the Army’s Special Operations forces (Green Berets, Rangers, Special Ops Aviation, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations), a combined organization of over 34,000 people.
Major General (Ret) Buck Elton

MG Buck Elton brings extensive senior leader experience in the United States Special Operations Command and a wealth of knowledge following a distinguished career highlighted as the Commanding General of U.S. and NATO Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan, as well as the Deputy Commanding General of Joint Special Operations Command. Elton has commanded at the squadron, group and wing levels, and commanded joint forces in Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti.

He brings 28 years of national level defense and counterterrorism policy experience to the Policy team. His last position was Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict where he provided civilian supervision over all special operations and low-intensity conflict activities across the globe.
